Claiming His Need by Ellis Leigh

Yes, I took my time with this review. I just had to savor and relish and virtually rub myself all over Gates.

Who’s Gates? Well……

Book two in the Feral Breed Motorcycle Club Series

Gates is a legend among his fellow wolf shifters. For more than four centuries, he’s lived without a mate, something nearly unheard of in his breed. He’s spent that time mastering the art of the kill, becoming a lethal weapon for the Feral Breed Motorcycle Club, and earning a reputation as the Gatekeeper.

Kaija Wariksen grew up as the Valkoisus pack princess. The Alpha’s only daughter and a powerful Omega shewolf, Kaija’s beauty and place within the pack hierarchy makes her the focus of desire for many of the unmated males, especially one she’s desperate to stay away from. She’d rather wait for her fated mate than be just another bed warmer for a man with more attitude than brains.

But when a territory dispute turns into a kidnapping, Gates and his Feral Breed brothers are called to assist the Valkoisus pack in a rescue operation. Gates soon discovers there’s more in store for him than a fight. He finds his mate in the Alpha’s daughter, a woman targeted by a mystery sect kidnapping Omega shifters. To keep the Valkoisus pack safe, the Feral Breed must put Kaija in danger, risking the only thing Gates has ever needed, and igniting a rage that could destroy the entire wolf shifter population.

Full-length novel – adult content featuring a rough-and-tumble wolf shifter, a brave BBW, and some naughty time spent outdoors.

I’m assuming you’ve all read Claiming His Fate that was released last month, yes? Because if that’s not the case, stop right here and go read it. You can come back after you’re done.

Gates, the GateKeeper of the Feral Breed Motorcycle Club, has been waiting for his mate for over 400 years. 4-0-0. Yup. That’s a looooong time by Shifter standards. They usually just don’t hold on that long. But Gates has a special one coming, an Omega female.

Now that Rebel (unf…) is celebrating his mating and is away from the pack, there’s a new alpha leading them. He’s not much admired, but whatever they have to do until Rebel is back – is game. When the Breed is called away to help with rogue shifters encroaching on a pack’s territory, they immediately set out to help.

Upon arrival they discover several of the pack’s females were taken by the rogues, the pack’s Omega, Kaija, among them, and head out along with the pack males to save them. See, the Omega females are rare and cherished. They’re believed to hold special powers.

When they find the females, Gates immediately senses the mating bond with Kaija. He’s finally met his mate. His match. But that’s only where the story begins. There’s a bigger factor in their love match’s equation. Omega females are taken all over, and only now the Breed make the connection. Gates’ fear is that until the one responsible is dealt with, Kaija will not be safe. Care to guess where this is going?

Yup – I’m not telling. Read the story.

Trust me when I say Gates is everything you’d want in a male. He’s strong, gorgeous, protective, fierce, will probably make me swoon just glancing my way, and he definitely, definitely, knows what he wants. Holy smokes when he does, no dry panties are left in the vicinity.

I’m anxiously awaiting Claiming His Witch, Pup’s story. Especially after his role in Claiming His Need. Talk about adorable. I need to see his unf-y side now.

Wonderful series, wonderful author, wonderful theme, need more. Fast.
